JO ready to work with Podujana Peramuna
The joint opposition will agree to work together with the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna after holding a discussion on policies, said former President, MP Mahinda Rjapaksa.
Rajapaksa said the new political party headed by Prof. G.L. Peiris has requested for a discussion with the joint opposition, but a meeting is yet to be fixed for the purpose.
According to the Kurunegala District MP, the joint opposition would agree to work with the Podujana Peramuna if an agreement is reached between the two on policies and role.
