An official complaint is to be submitted to the Bribery Commission against the conduct of Mihin Air chief and current Sri Lanka Cricket secretary Nishantha Ranatunga.
In addition charges of fraud and bribery will also be filed against several sports officials who served as secretary of Sri Lanka Cricket.
Although Ranatunga has left the service of Mihin Air he is said to be collecting a monthly salary while being on the company's payroll as its CEO.
It has been reported that Ranatunga had also made an attempt to seek the intervention of new Civil Aviation Minister Faiser Mushtapha to remain in the post of CEO at Mihin Air.
Currently the government is looking into prospects of amalgamating Mihin Air with Srilankan Airlines.
