UNP Deputy Leader Akila Viraj Kariyawasam says that discussions are underway to release Ranjan Ramanayake who is in jail.
He stated this at a media briefing held at the Sirikotha party headquarters.
Mr. Kariyawasam said that more wrongdoers have been released than Mr. Ranjan Ramanayake and that the demand for Ranjan Ramanayake's release was very reasonable.
